Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 0.25 cup Chopped almonds
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.125 teaspoon Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the coconut oil over low heat.

Step 2

Add the almond flour to the pan and stir continuously to prevent burning. Roast the almond flour until it turns golden brown and aromatic, about 7-10 minutes.

Step 3

Once roasted, remove the pan from heat and allow the almond flour to cool slightly.

Step 4

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted almond flour, maple syrup, ground cardamom, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Allow the mixture to cool until it is comfortable to handle.
