  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, sea salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
