Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 60 ml coconut aminos
  • 15 grams arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the beef slices with coconut aminos, arrowroot powder, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4
