Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 6 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes and placing them into a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, cracked black pepper, and sea salt to the beef cubes. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

While the beef is marinating, peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
