  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
