Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
