Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grass-fed beef flank steak
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 whole Lime
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 8 leaves Large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef flank steak thinly against the grain and place it in a large bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, juice of two limes, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the sliced beef, mix well, and marinate for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
