Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 4 cauliflower wraps
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 half cucumber
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut aminos. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Form the beef mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties.

Step 4

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.

Step 5

While the beef patties are cooking, dice the tomato and cucumber, and chop the fresh parsley.

Step 6

In a small bowl, mix the coconut yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic powder to make the garlic sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.

Step 7

To assemble the donairs, place a grilled beef patty on each cauliflower wrap. Top with diced tomato, cucumber, chopped parsley, and a generous spoonful of the garlic sauce.

Step 8

Wrap the cauliflower wrap around the filling and serve immediately.
