  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin thinly across the grain and place it in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos and arrowroot powder until smooth, then pour over the sliced beef. Marinate for 10 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, peel and mince the garlic cloves and the fresh ginger.
