Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 50 grams Chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Tapioca starch
  • 2 large Egg
  • 50 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped chives, coconut aminos, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a spoon until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix almond flour and tapioca starch. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and water together.

Step 3

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg and water mixture. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

Step 4

Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and roll each one into a circle on a piece of parchment paper.

Step 5

Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape, pinching the edges to seal completely.

Step 6

In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat.

Step 7

Cook the dumplings in batches, frying each side for about 3-4 minutes until browned and the beef is cooked through.

Step 8

Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
