  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca starch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 large Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Paleo BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca starch, sea salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more almond flour.

Step 4

Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it out into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 5

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges.

While the crust is baking, prepare the chicken. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the coconut oil.
