Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 whole Ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Raw honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the apple cider vinegar and melted coconut oil.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well incorporated.
