  • 1 small Red onion, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
