Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices dairy-free cheese slices
  • 4 large pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 0.5 small red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 slices pickles

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well, then form into four even patties.

Cook bacon slices in the preheated skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
