  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium avocado

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the ingredients: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until creamy and set aside.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in halves. Finely chop the fresh chives and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
