Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 2

In a food processor, add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Pulse until they are finely minced.

Add the ground beef to a large mixing bowl. Add the minced onion and garlic mixture, dried oregano, ground cumin, sweet paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
