  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional for heat)
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 12 leaves Butterhead or Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
