  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and diced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with coconut oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
