  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and sauté for about 30 seconds until they begin to crackle.

Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
