  • 1 medium, chopped Onion
  • 1 medium, chopped Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate.
