Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 2 large Egg whites

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, and sea salt. Mix well until evenly distributed.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites, water, and olive oil until thoroughly combined.

Step 3

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously, until you have a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet or a cast-iron pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with olive oil if necessary.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet and spread it out into a thin circle using the back of a spoon or a small spatula.
