  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary if using.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg and olive oil until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 5

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to approximately 1/8 inch thickness.

Step 6

Gently remove the top layer of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 1-inch squares.

Step 7

Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges of the crackers are golden brown.

Store the crackers in an airtight container for up to one week.
