Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Albacore tuna, canned in water (drained)
  • 2 Celery stalks, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 Avocado, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, break up the albacore tuna with a fork until it's flaked.
