  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 6 Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped red bell pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
