  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion

  • 1 inch, grated Ginger
  • 1 medium, pureed Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

In a large pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, and nigella seeds. Stir until the seeds begin to crackle.

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the pureed tomato to the mixture, stirring well, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the oil starts to separate.
