  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Fresh Thai holy basil leaves
  • 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 4 Fried eggs

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Increase the heat to high, add the ground pork or chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
