Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) Halibut fillets
  • 2 cups, loosely packed Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cups Pine nuts
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cups Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 pieces (for garnish) Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Rinse the halibut fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Step 3

In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
