Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Marshmallows (mini or regular cut into small pieces)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Add the vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and egg to the dry ingredients, and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
