Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture on high speed until stiff, glossy peaks form.
