  • 32 oz Frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage (ground or links, cooked and crumbled)

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 as needed Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish. Set aside.

Step 3

Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease and evenly distribute the sausage over the hash browns.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
