Ingredients

  • 340 grams lump crab meat
  • 60 grams panko breadcrumbs
  • 60 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sufficient amount non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 3

Gently fold in the lump crab meat and panko breadcrumbs. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Step 4

Using your hands, form the mixture into 8 evenly sized crab cakes, each about 2.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick.

Step 5

Place the crab cakes onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

Step 6

Lightly spray the tops of the crab cakes with non-stick cooking spray to help them develop a golden crust.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the crab cakes are golden brown and firm to the touch.

Step 8

Remove the crab cakes from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or a simple salad as desired.
