Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 package Pita chips or crackers (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small amount of each for topping later.

Step 4

Add the garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 5

Gently fold in the lump crab meat to avoid breaking it apart too much.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture to a greased, oven-safe baking dish or skillet. Spread it evenly.

Step 7

Sprinkle the reserved cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden and melted.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley.

Step 10

Serve warm with pita chips or crackers for dipping. Enjoy!
