Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 for greasing Vegetable oil or non-stick spray
  • 1 piece Egg, whisked

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded imitation crab meat, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Step 3

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean, flat surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the crab filling into the center of each wrapper.

Step 4

Brush the edges of the wonton wrappers lightly with the whisked egg to act as a seal.

Step 5

Fold the wonton wrappers into a triangle shape, pressing the edges firmly to seal. For a more festive look, you can bring the two bottom corners of the triangle together and pinch them at the center.

Step 6

Arrange the filled wontons on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching each other.

Step 7

Lightly brush the tops of the wontons with a little vegetable oil or spray them with non-stick spray to help them crisp up while baking.

Step 8

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crisp.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Step 10

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
