  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the cucumber. Peel the cucumber (optional) and grate it using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the grated, drained cucumber.

Finely mince the garlic cloves or use a garlic press, then add the garlic to the bowl.
