Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup button mushrooms

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and slice the button mushrooms into thin pieces.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
