Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in the warm water. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, yogurt, and vegetable oil or ghee.
