  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2

Chop the green cabbage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 3

Dice the onions, carrots, celery, green bell pepper, and zucchini into small pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Step 5

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
