  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or noodles (optional, for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2

In another small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the cooked turkey to a plate and set aside.
