Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Ground pork
  • 100 grams Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 60 ml Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin lightly with vegetable oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, panko breadcrumbs, egg, 1 minced garlic clove, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, finely chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper.

Divide the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tins to create mini meatloaves. Press the mixture firmly into each cup to ensure they hold their shape.
