  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups white or brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. (They don't need to be fully cooked yet.)
