  • 4 pieces Red snapper fillets
  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Zest one orange and set the zest aside. Then, juice both oranges into a small bowl.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, paprika, salt, black pepper, and honey. Mix well to combine.
