Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the shrimp to this marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

While the shrimp marinates, prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
