  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 cups cooked white rice, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the pork, then mix well to coat. Set aside to marinate while preparing the other ingredients.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork slices in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
