  • 240 ml Boiling water
  • 240 ml Chilled water
  • 120 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 240 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 30 grams Powdered sugar
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract
  • 150 grams Digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 8 pieces Fresh orange segments (for garnish)
  • 8 pieces Mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Step 1: Dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin powder in 240 ml of boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until completely dissolved, then mix in 240 ml of chilled water and 120 ml of fresh orange juice. Set the mixture aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

Step 2: In another mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers with the melted butter. Mix until well coated. Press this mixture into the base of an 8x8-inch square pan or a pie dish to form a crust. Set aside.

Step 5

Step 5: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the dessert is fully set.
