Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the beef sirloin and slice it thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, toss the beef strips with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
