Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup Seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup Seedless green grapes
  • 2 Navel oranges
  • 2 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 0.25 cup Slivered almonds
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool, and set aside.
