Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned black beans and cannellini beans thoroughly under cold water. Set aside to let them drain completely.

Peel the oranges, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Segment the oranges by cutting between the membranes or chop them into bite-sized pieces. Reserve any juice that drips while you work.
