  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts, canned or jarred, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, with the top lightly golden brown.

Step 8

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.
