  • 1 large Yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 medium Bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 4 whole rolls Hoagie or sandwich rolls
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef sirloin steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
