Ingredients

  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the yellow onion.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is soft and golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Peel and finely mince the garlic clove.
